Step 1: Unbox Like Christmas – Every Single Piece
What We Do:
- Open every carton (even if factory says “pre-checked”)
- Rotate each product in hand – front & back inspected
- “Question Zone” for suspicious items (better safe than sorry)
Step 2: Memory System
How We Track:
Finding defects:
1. Tally marks inside cartons (一 = 1 defect)
2. Snap photos → saved in “Problem Items” album
